Zia's Social is a bar and restaurant in Chicago specializing in regional Italian cuisine with seasonal ingredients and a wood-burning pizza oven. Things to Do

Since 1922, the Norwood Park Memorial Day Parade has been a cherished local tradition. Starting at Onahan School, the parade route winds through the community and concludes at Taft High School. The parade includes a flag-raising ceremony, wreath presentations, and live musical performances. 
 
Another large community event, The Northwest Side Irish Parade, is a highly anticipated annual event in the Norwood neighborhood that celebrates St. Patrick's Day. The Northwest Side Irish Parade has been a tradition for over 16 years and draws thousands of attendees and over 100 participants each year. 
 
Throwback Music Fest is an annual end-of-summer music festival held in conjunction with the Gladstone Park Neighborhood Association. The festival showcases music and entertainment from the 1950s to the 1990s. In addition to live music, other exciting events include a classic car show, a pet parade, and a first responders honor ceremony.
 
Norwood Park spans over 16.23 acres and features numerous amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool complete with a water slide, youth sports programs, music and craft classes, a fitness center, tennis courts, a running track, and an inline skating area. Norwood Park also offers special events such as outdoor movies, Halloween parties, and Dinner with Santa. 
 
Additionally, William Howard Taft High School, the inspiration for the popular musical "Grease," provides opportunities for public engagement through its athletics games, holiday chorale performances, and live theatrical productions.
